BIMx info tool - question

I know it used to work when I was using AC 19. Now I am using AC20 and the info tool doesn't work anymore. I can see the cross pointer but not the info dialogue.

And the next question is if it is possible to add more info, for example when I click on a door I would like to see, apart from size, the dB rating, fire rating, finish, manufacturer, price, etc.

in addition to above it would be good if only the fields that have been filled to be displayed instead of it coming up with feilds that are empty or un filled

Still can't figure it out. The info dialogue is not visible in Windows but does work in Android. Did anyone have the same problem? But I know it worked before. I have also downloaded some BIMx files from the bimx.graphisoft.com and info tool works for those files.
