I checked your Profile and Permissions but I do not see any setting that would cause this. Your "Submit Posts" Permission allows you to post replies.

Also, I checked the settings on your Profile page, and under My settings > Personal > Email, the Email verification status field says "Verified".

So, I am not sure what is happening here, therefore I will ask @Noemi Balogh or @Claudius to take a look at this, they have much deeper expertise in the inner workings of the forum engine and may have an answer to why this is happening.
