Notification about post moderation

If moderators are going through and edit our posts - could we atleast have a notification about when, what and why?

I many times edit posts, I think I edit the most posts among the moderators. Most of the time I resize the images or place the images inline instead of them being attached so people can see them without having to click to view them.

Another case when I edit posts is when someone posts a long GDL or C++ code. In that case, I modify it and put it in a code box so it does not take as much vertical space.

Sometimes I also edit posts to correct grammatical errors.
