wie muss ich die bestandswand (bzw. die wand die auf dem abbruch filter liegt) einstellen damit die aussenkante der bestandswand durchgezogen wird?

Leg die Wand mit der Darstellungsreihenfolge in den Vordergrund.
Dein zweites Bild versteh ich nicht.
