'riserless' treppen

hallo; ich bin :
1. neue zu archicad
2. aus america.

ich kann deutsch rede ein bisschen, aber wann mann english sprechen mochtet das geht doch gut 😉

ALSO meine frage:

ich mochte "riserless" treppen benutzen.

ich weiss nicht wie sagt man 'reiserless' auf deutch, aber es ist die vertikalish stuck zwischen die Treten, fur was sinn das macht.

muss ich das konstructieren mit andere 'beams', oder gibt ein weg zu benutzen die 'stair tool'?

danke fur lesen, meine deutsche versuche

Welcome to the forum and
Good morning, or is ist better to say good evening?
I guess it wasn´t really 3 o´clock in the morning, when you wrote this threat.

First of all, there is a forum for ArchiCad specially for international or english speaking users. Try this link: Archi-Talk

Perhaps it´s a little bit easier for you to get help for your Archi-problems.

But let´s try it at this place!
I don´t know exactly what you mean.
Do you want to build a simple ramp without steps, or do you want to build a stairway without (we call it "Setzstufe") where you could look down between the steps?
Equal!
-Choose the stair-tool-icon out of the toolbox at the left side,
-the info-box on top shows you some details for placing the stairway,
-choose the "tool setting dialog" at the left side ,
-a new window pops up and at this place you are able to edit an existing stairway,
- at the upper first field (or tab) you will find a little black arrow at the right side of the name-box,
-click it and choose "create new stair"
-now you have entered the dialog of the stair-maker,
-choose the general type of your stairway an click "ok",
-a new window pops up and there you can make all the detailed adjustments for you stairway,
-at the end of the procedure click "save as..." and you will be send back to the "tool setting dialog" were you will see your new stairway,
-if needed, make some corrections at the parameter-field and then you could place it in your plan.

I hope, this explanation was helpfull for your problem. I guess it´s allways the same in all versions of ArchiCad.

Please be patient with all the mistakes, but it´s twenty years ago, i worte the last english sentence. 😉

manfox - also danke! es ist ein 'Setzstufe' das ich suche; danke fur seinen ganz klar antwort; velleicht nicht perfekt english aber ich konnte das alle verstehen. alles des besten,

Ups, you´re right! It´s horrible.
I read it the second time and it sounds like an ape with a dictionary.

I think it´s time to read some more english books.

Schönen Dank, aber ich hab bei mir auch ein paar richtige "Brummer" gefunden. :verzweifelt:

Getreu dem Motto: "Equal goes it loose!",
einfach mal frei Schnauze vom Deutschen ins Englische gehackt.

Na Hauptsache "Heavy on wire!"
