Looking at the window, it appears that it needs to be installed externally.

GDL can read which side of the wall the window has been placed on, so if you have something like a window which can only face one direction, you can script it to flip if placed facing inside. You, or someone else linked the image from the GDL guide which mentions the relevatant commands in one of your other posts.
