international window - sill oversize

Hi everybody

I wanted to use the sill oversize checkbox in the window25 international. The checkbox didn't change anything with most of the sills, it works only with the timber sill. Did I miss a library update?

It works that way since at least AC18:

With "some" = Timber Sill only in INT version.
