topic Updating a sub-type breaks objects based on it? in GDL

It looks like making any changes to sub-type also changes the GUID, which immediately breaks all the objects that's I've based on this sub-type. Now I have to go through each of them and re-assign their sub-type. Is there any way to lock in a GUID so that I don't have to keep doing this? It's very painful during active development of a library.

__

Sebastian B - Architect
Toronto Ontario
AC 25 - Windows

As long as you don't have objects open that read that subtype when you save it, unless you added a parameter then you have to open and save them. I agree it's a pain.
