No Wall end Line in door object, when in "core only" mode

I have an own scripted door with wallhole2 commands.
In 2D I am in in "core only" mode and have set in Model View Options "only door openiung" visible.
With a simple door without wallhole2 I get the wall end lines visible, but with the scripted door with wallhole2 those lines are alway missing. AC_WALL_CONTOURS does not change anything.
Any ideas? Left the simple door without wallhole, right the scripted door with wallhole2.

WALLLINE2 -A/2,0,-A/2,-WALL_THICKNESS
