Get Picture Image from the AC Picture Frame Object

For some reason the AC API does not recognize image that are loaded into the GDL Picture Frame Object. Also, when I export a file as .obj or .skp, the images inside the picture frame are not exported. I suspect this is because the images are just an attribute inside the GDL of the Picture Frame object. Is there a way to get access to the name of the texture file somehow?

Here is a picture of the data I'm trying to retrieve (see below). I tried using the element memo fields (ACAPI_Element_GetMemo ) as well as the generic lib part get details (ACAPI_LibPart_GetDetails) but this info is nowhere to be found.
