topic Pointers & Label Geometry in GDL

Hi GS,

Is there any reason the label parameters bEnableHeadWithPointer and ac_bDisableLabelFrameDisplay are disabled by default? The label_marker_form macro has a multitude of frame shapes, but by default we are stuck with a rigid rectangle when using a pointer... I am assuming it had something to do with legacy, but with the introduction of libpacks, that was all broken anyway... Even prior to libpacks, the only parameter under the pointer settings that relates to the frame is the anchor point, which can be customised for each frame with ac_bCustomPointerConnection...

Ling.

Operating system used: Windows W11 25H2
