Can't download BIM Components

So I'm feeling like I'm going crazy but I am unable to download an object from BIMComponents in Safari or Firefox. There is what looks like a download button but it is only an object on the page and it doesn't do anything. This seems to be the case for all single objects. Other downloads give me the option to download entire library and that seems to work fine.

Brad,
that "Arrow" is the Drag&Drop button to download the object directly in to the Archicad´s (in this case v17 or higher) Floor Plan View!

It really is not understandable, why there is no normal download-button.. but so You can deal with the situation..

Can something be too simple? Thanks for your help.
I really like the method of dropping it directly into the drawing but a simple note under the arrow would save a lot of sanity.

in both download ways I get a "grave" (=huge) error.... how can I fix it?
