Trouble loading components

I've never used the bimcomponents.com site and today for the first time am trying to download some objects. I keep getting this message that Oops! something went wrong.... etc.

i just opened the account with bimcomponents. Could that be the case; that I have to wait a while?

Does anyone know what the problem is?

How exactly did You download?

Did You try to drag it from the little download-arrow direct into an Archicad-2D-Window?

Or did You try it do download it in Archicad itself in the normal librarytool - dialogue-box - by using the searchfield above?

I don't think it is a download issue. I get the same result just trying to search for an object. It definitely isn't a new account issue either since I have had my account from day one.

The best option to download an object is from within archiCAD itself. You can search for an object within the Object Settings dialog and download it directly to your project's embedded library.
