Objects in Elevation

In Archicad 8,9,11 & 14, I could bring a GDL object of text into Elevation view, explode the GDL object, then use the individual text (text I use on a regular basis).

In Archicad 18, when I bring in the GDL object, it will not explode. I have to take it into plan view, explode it, then move it to Elevation view.

It is a known issue.
Hopefully the next update for 18 will fix it.
