that's correct of course , but it's all about appearance preferences.
I'm not talking about some errors here , just thought it's easy to do .
of course you can always draw custom object yourself , but it's not controlable and harder to do compared to builtin library.

for example open window sometimes also very needed feature , it's going down into appratment design demands, there are little bit different demands compared to building plan drawing.

Not that I am aware of.
Have you tried placing 2 separate objects?
By placing double object I can do same with any other software .
I want controled door with double panel , in Autocad that is not completely possible.
The thing is in interior design you need to show how much door panel gets close to furniture and not only to furniture , in other words show 2 panels at different degree of swing .

I think Archicad should have such option.

I am a little confused.
Doesn’t the arc show the extent of the door swing?
Why would you need to see the panel in two positions?

It would be easy to do if the objects allowed for the double door scenario.
I would say it is not a very common occurrence which is why it is not in the default objects - first time I have heard of this in 30 odd years of drafting.

It is not impossible.
Custom object as you say can show the double door, but are not adjustable.
You will need to get into GDL scripting to be able to create a new object or amend an existing object to be able to do what you want it to do.

Either that or make do with work-arounds like using 2 objects or simply adding some 2D line work to show the extra door position.
