hi all,

I've been unable to login into the Bimcomponents site using my Google Apps(Gmail address), it gives me the following error :
ID4175: The issuer of the security token was not recognized by the IssuerNameRegistry. To accept security tokens from this issuer, configure the IssuerNameRegistry to return a valid name for this issuer.

Im wanting to download the Modular Joinery Object and I need the Bimcomponents registration code.

I can log in fine with my personal gmail account but my whole Graphisoft ID is linked to the Google Apps mail address, is there a work around or solution?

Isn't the Modular Joinery object something that is available only for Subscription customers? I wonder if this happens because of that.

Im 99% we are subscribed!
Not sure if it something to do with the difference between Google Apps and normal Gmail but its really frustrating.

Well for the time being if I cant get into the Bimcomponents portal, can someone advise me how to setup the attached window?
Im using the INT library and cant get it right, there is always a transom or something missing to complete the window

Finally figured out what the problem was, my license / dongle is on a "not for resale" license, swapped it with a spare dongle in the office and now its working perfectly!
