<T>Hello everyone,
I created a 3D object and I want to see it in section together with a text.

How can I write a script for a text to be displayed into a section, like a text from a grid tool. I think the script should be write in -3d script-. I've used the 3D text elements:
Text
Richtext
but seems to be other texture. Is there any chance to do that?

Thank you.</T>

Cosminn:

You can use the Text command to create 3D Text [TEXT d, 0, expression] (this is used on the Text 3D object). But there is no way for the Object to know which direction the section is taken for orientating the text. I do not understand "but seems to be other texture".

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
