<T>In ac17 the ada toilet object places the side grab bar too close to the toilet. ada requires 1'6' center line of toilet to wall (mounting location of side grab abr). in ac17 the distance is 1'4 1/4". Is there someway to change this?</T>

LDieckmann:

On a quick look, it appears that the distance is a function of the toilet's width (which, yes, seems odd). By increasing the width from 1'-2.000" to 1'-5.323" I got the correct 1'-6" dimension. This is a work around.
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
Thanks for adding the signature and reporting the bug. Hopefully it will be included in a Library HotFix.
