Need help for wall label

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a label (ArchiCad 17) for wall and need to know the Reference Line Location and Length of the Reference Line of the wall, so that I can place my label correctly. Is there a way to do that?

I know that REQUEST ("ASSOCLP_PARVALUE", expr, name_or_index, type, flags, dim1, dim2, p_values) exists, but I don't know what to put in "expr", or even if this is the right approach.

Hi Palawat,

currently this cannot be done.
First of you are trying to use the code for extracting the info of an object-parameter, not a wall parameter.

Second, you can use the Globals 'Wall parameters - available for Doors/Windows, listing and labels' such as WALL_THICKNESS.
However WALL_REFLINE_OFFSET does not exist (BEAM_REFLINE_OFFSET does). This has been requested at Graphisoft.
