English version of Kanaltool and Elektro-Tool?

we need these objects:

Anyone knows equivalent GDL objects from the english speaking Archicad world?

The site requires login information so it is not possible to so what the Objects look like.
Can you upload screenshots that show these Objects?

Here are the PDF printed from the website.

We need this in english and ((optional) with the possibility to change the circular segmentation to minimise the polygone counts (openBIM, IFC => triangulation, we model huge hospitals => a lot of polygones "just" for sockets, ...))

Thank you for the link! It looks promising.
Problem I see is that the objects are too detailed, even in lowest settings.

And about the archicard-objects: Ask Graphisoft Germany if you are allowed to translate the objects or let translate them, if you are a ArchiCARD user.
