topic custom label constrooled by MVO? in Libraries & objects

<T>Hi,
I have a case where a builder wants us to put a long text string in the ID field (for eample 27C/31-380) because they use Solibri for quantities and they sort on the ID. However on our drawings we want a clean ordinary ID "W1" (for wall type 1). Anyone knows of a custom label that can show me for example the IFClabel (I can use it as ID) on our plans?
Best regards,
