You could try using the &lt;A href="http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=26789" target="_blank"&gt;Modular Joinery&lt;/A&gt; object. It allows any arrangement of doors, windows, and panels to be arranged within a single opening, and the action of each door/window can be described independently in detail. I'm working on a project with two fixed windows and one openable window which I made through the Fixed Casement Combi Window. The problem I have is that the 2 fixed windows have additional sash frames around them that would not be there in reality as shown in the attachment. Is there anyway that I can lose these from the model of the window?&lt;BR /&gt;
