Wallhole gap above doors

To provide what is required of me in the door schedule, I have created doors with a unit size, then a larger wall opening size.
This can be seen in 2D. In 3D however, the wall lining covers the opening on the sides, but not at the top. This means I always have a gap showing on top of the door. Why is this happening at the top only and how can I remove it while still showing the correct in the door schedule?

In the Door settings there is "Opening Oversize". Try to use it.

Using the opening oversize doesn't help at all, it also creates a hole in the wall in 3d. I don't want the hole to show.
What I don't understand is how the gap on the sides doesn't show, but the gap at the top.

I thought it would include the oversize dimensions. You can set them to be equal sides and top, or set them separately. Can post a screenshot of the oversize opening tab settings/

Why do you need both the unit size and the oversize? Good reasons to have both, but what are yours?

The builder wants to know the unit size for the window manufacturer, and the wallhole size for the carpenter to make the opening which includes allowance for movement, etc, in this case is 13mm eitherside of the unit and 28mm above.
I need to therefore list both the unit size and the wallhole in my schedule.

The oversize opening I have always set as 0, instead using the wall hole to create the opening.

Even if I change to using the oversize setting, in 3D i get a gap on both sides and above.
If I use the wallhole setting, I only get the gap above. My question is why? and how can I make the gap not appear?
Opening oversize does not appear to be the solution, unless you can cover the gap in 3D
