Fill not found a line 'x' in the 3D Script of file...

Hi all,

Wondering if anybody could help me with a problem I'm faced with. I'm sure there is a really easy solution or I'm doing something slightly wrong, but I've only been using archicad for a few weeks now, so I am somewhat a newbie to this program.

Everything works fine until I get to adding stairs. Which, when you have a building a few stories high is quite annoying.

Cutting the long story short. When I add in any stairs (from the archicad 15 library) I get this error report:

Your problem is similar to the one discussed in this thread:
Library Parts Not Working Properly

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
