Thanks! You are all wonderful.

I never really figured out what the problem was...so, maybe it was the file. I found another saved version of the file that is opening with all the objects. I'm glad I saved multiple versions.

Thanks again for taking the time to reply!

<T>I no longer have AC 14, I have to use Education version 15 now. A file I created last year has 100+ missing objects from AC 14, and unfortunately, linking the migration library did nothing at all to solve the issue.

I can't find anything on the forums. From Graphisoft's point of view it's "automatic" I really need to access this file, and I am horrified at the thought of loosing all this information in the update.

Can I download the AC 14 library anywhere?

Thanks to anyone who can help!</T>

You mean you used AC14 FULL and now use AC15 EDU?
I don't know if the migration would work in that case.
AC14 FULL to AC15 FULL or AC14 EDU to AC15 EDU, that should work.
I think that the problem might be more going from different localizations US to Int or vice versa.

Thanks for the reply!

I've used the EDU version for both AC 14 and 15; (the licenses expire after one year, so we have to upgrade).

Installing the 14 migration libraries in AC 15 does not seem to not replace the "missing objects" in the file, which was original created using 14. I've been using the latest version of Mac OSX ... (My next plan is to try using my PC to open the file, and maybe it will make some difference, since I have managed to do this once before successfully, but am having no luck currently.)

I am trying to attach 2 screenshots before and after loading the libraries. Perhaps I am doing something wrong? I've refreshed the element list from here. I also previously tried embedding the folder contents into the file.

Thanks again for your help.
Objects are still missing at this point, and I am not sure what to do next.

The migration library is not a full library ... it is intended to be used WITH the AC 15 library. Load the AC 15 library and most (all?) of those 14 objects should be automatically converted to 15.
