Read my post / links for the answer. You model these as part of the window...

Ahmed,

1.Construct the window in floor plan with slab and wall tools.
2. For the wall hole, create a slab below your window that is the same shape and in the slab settings set ID to WALLHOLE.
3. Go to 3D window.
4. File>Libraries and Objects>Save 3D Model As... Set type as Window.
5. Embed object in project or save to a directory.

For more info download the Building Object Creation interactive training guide and go to Chapter 5. <LINK_TEXT text="http://www.graphisoft.com/education/tra ...
Great steps, Nicholas. Note that it is essential to check/tick the box for "Editable GDL Script" when saving. If you save a custom shaped window/door as binary, the wallhole (or walniche) is ignored.

This Wiki article gives a complete sequence with screenshots:

http://www.archicadwiki.com/CustomShapeDoorWindow

There is also an example in David Nicholson-Cole's Intro to Object Making book, which is available as a PDF. This used to come bundled with ArchiCAD. I cannot find it on the Graphisoft web site, but you can download it from here:
<LINK_TEXT text="http://caad.asro.kuleuven.be/Manuals/BI ... Making.pdf">http://caad.asro.kuleuven.be/Manuals/BIM/ArchiCAD/_files/Intro%20to%20Object%20Making.pdf</LINK_TEXT>
where a copy has been placed by (I believe) Stefan. Highly recommended.

Ahmed, one other thing you should be aware of is that a custom window like this is is a fixed thickness - so if you include casing/trim on the inside and outside, it can only fit into a wall with the designed thickness. If you change your wall thickness, you'll have to change and re-save the custom window.

Cheers,
Hello.
I have an issue related to this question.
I tried to do a custom window, I followed all the steps, but I do not know what is wrong with a distance/thickness somewhere, because, when I place the window, it looks like this (see attached photo).
How do I solve this?
Thank you.

Last time I did this was years/versions ago... There you model a custom window flat 'on the ground' and save the elements from 3D as a window object - project elevation 0 represents the exterior wall surface. Elements above 0 are inside the wall, elements below 0 are outside/exterior.

In AC 21, when you save from 3D, you can select the plane that represents the wall face - both for rotation ... and for the distance from the wall face.

From your screenshot, it seems that if you saved from 3D, you needed to move the editing plane to one face of your window and then choose it in the save dialog---or choose the horizontal plane. See this Help article:
<LINK_TEXT text="https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/guide ... r-windows/">https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/guides/archicad-21/archicad-21-reference-guide/elements-of-the-virtual-building/parametric-objects/create-custom-library-parts-and-components/saving-custom-shape-doors-or-windows/</LINK_TEXT>

You can still use the reveal/offset setting of the Window tool to move the window into the wall cavity to the desired position.

I solved the issue by using the reveal setting you mentioned.
