It's a shareware program.
You can use it for a month trial basis, then if you want to keep using it, you need to purchase a key #.
$29.90 for the bundle or $9.90 for just Travel Distance.

<T>I'm looking for a GSM object or some way in which to show a "Pline" that at the same time shows it's length (In English feet and inches settings) so I can do a "life safety plan".

Anyone out there have a simple GSM object that can do this?

thanks</T>

Look for the Stretchy Line object. I believe it is in the Depository.

EDIT: Whoops, I spoke too soon, this object, in it's current form, does not provide the foot/inches dimensions you need.

It should(?) show you in the Add-on Manager where it appears in the UI. Select it in the list and check the infomation panel below.

Cheers,
Ok...so this did the trick!
thanks..though only thing now when I click on the "Travel Distance" add-on it asks me for an "I.D." number to use it freely and to email the version of Archicad I'm using it on as well as the I.D. number......

So..is this a 'freeware' Add-on or am I gonna have to pay out the nose for it?

it's great, works well....just again..convincing my boss is another thing.

thanks all.
Well, I'm "testing" the macro.
it appears that on one of our users MACs, it's causing some sort of "crash" havoc.

So, I'm in the testing phase right now.
I'm going to investigate further what's happening to this persons MAC. Could be the Add-on macro, could not? I dunno yet..but the TW database started acting up for her yesterday soon as installed the "bundle" Add-on.

Let's see where it goes from here.

Also, that one GSM object from Italy? dunno? could be that as well, I'm running some test to see what are the results.
