OK....Peter, was able to "open" the object and it gave me a dialog box but from here, what do I have to do?
How do I physically "get" this object into my file???
What are the steps?

If you go into the font character set you should find one that is the cl superimposed. Nuisance to find but once you have it works just great. Place text box centre justified with central anchor and it should always sit on your reference line no matter what scale.

Since it is an object, you use the object tool and find the object
and place an instance in the Plan or the Section/Elevation window.
Remember this is a 2D only object so it has no 3D representation.
The object must be in one of your loaded library folders for the
object tool to find it.
When using the Character Map to find the symbol, one thing to keep in mind is that all fonts may not contain such a character. If you are working solo and sticking to standard unicode fonts it's not a problem but, if you're sharing files with someone who might not have the same font loaded, that person could well see a blank rectangle.
