Why isn't the depository easier to find?

Are there any links to the depository on the GS website? Am I missing something obvious? I always end up googling it or have to pick it out of my cluttered bookmarks when I go to look for it.

It seems that this is something that should be prominently displayed and promoted.

Hello Matthew,
On the main page of the "ArchiCAD-Talk Forum Index"
if you scroll to the bottom is there not a link to the
Object Depository ? It is the one with animated icon.
I just click on the title GDL Object Depository and I am there.
Maybe I don't understand your question.

I agree with Matthew.

There is a link in the text on the http://www.graphisoft.com/support/archicad/downloads/ page.
However, there should at least be a direct link in the Quicklinks block on the Support page. The question of how to find ready-made GDL objects is one of the most common among new users.

I guess I haven't scrolled to the bottom in a while. Still seems under-promoted to me.

Hello Matthew,
Yes, I also, for a long time, did not scroll to the bottom.
It is a long page and there is stuff at the bottom I am
interested in, like the GDL Depository, who is online, forum issues,
etc. Yes, maybe it should have a link like the ArchicadWiki link
at the top of the page.

BTW is it possible to have a direct link in Archicad, to download/look for any object from the object depository?! it could be great...

Actually, i was thinking about accessing the object depository from the library window ( object panel )_as with Sketchup warehouse_ , I know there was an option to get a library through ftp or a web but haven't tried it with the object depository...
