<T>we've made an object, that uses images for its interface. it is all working fine. but when we save the completed package as a library container file and load it into a project, one of the images in the interface doesn't appear. yet if we load it just as a folder with the object & images (what the container was made from) it loads fine.

anyone struck this before?</T>

What kind of image, which format. Have you tried alternative formats or other compressions?

I have e.g. mentioned, that you can't save TIF with alpha channel into GSM-Files directly from AC, but by the xml converter.

i've tried it with both tiff & png. they work fine, until I save them into a library container?

the image had an underscore in the name.... although that shouldn't matter, should it?

the only difference I can see is that the working one was a .jpg & the non working one I tried with .tif & .png (because I wanted the alpha channel).

No. Shouldn't matter.

As Frank asked: what file format is the image? How big is it, both in size and in pixel dimensions? Etc?
