Hi guys how to show or hide window marker on floor plan for different layer combinations

Check the settings in "Model View Options".
(Save the "Model View Option" in your saved "View Settings")

Or put them on a unique layer.... and turn that layer off in a saved layer combination.

The Help Menu can explain it better than I.
In Archicad Go:> Help> Archicad Help ... search for "Layer Combinations"

I believe you want to show/hide the door window markers on your floor plans, their display is controlled only through Model view options in your view settings and not by Layer combinations.
