There is now a parameter in the Model View Options that controls the visibility of door handles and other options as well.
In V13 it is a global on/off setting and you can't control it on an object by object basis.
In V14 I believe there is now an option you can choose in the objects to use the MVO settings or not.

Do a search in the forum for "Model view Options" if you want to see other post on the subject.

MVO setting doesn't work. It is quite strange case.

In 14 if the MVO is not controlling it then there should be a parameter in the object itself.
What object are you using and what settings do you have for the handles.

I am using over ten years AC. I know how I can handle the handel of door edition.
I hope this trouble is just my case.
With AC9 I had similar problem with just one project.
This is the strange world of oz....

Is the door handle called as a macro from the door object?
If so do you have that macro in your loaded library?

This ist the standard library object from AC.
It is loaded automtically. But now suddenly I can not see any handle, for furniture and doors and windows.

I just had a look at a couple of the AC doors in 13.
There is a setting where you can choose the handle - by default it seems to be set as "None".

You can also control the visibility with the MVO settings.
