Just go to Options/Element attributes/Zone categories and assign a valid zone stamp to the categories.</description>

      <title>Library Loading Report error</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;I am creating a new base template in AC 12 that has absolutely no library parts placed in it.  I only have the AC 12 library loaded and AC is telling me it is updated and the latest library available.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Attached is a screen shot of the "Missing Library Parts".  Does anyone know how I might get rid of this?  Was this an AC 12 bug never resolved?&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
I created a "NEW AND RESET" version of the file and it is still there!!!&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;

Excellent diagnosis!!!  The only thing I would add to your solution is you need to add a valid zone stamp to &lt;B&gt;each &lt;/B&gt;category.  That took me a couple tries to figure out.&lt;BR /&gt;
