2D figures are not changing size/scale ?

I've downloaded the 2D figures from this forum in the GDL library... I'm trying to alter their size so that they fit my page but after changing every possible dimension, they simply won't change size.

Below is a screen shot of them at their default size, yet the dimensions are only 1/100th of what they started at... The paper size is A0

I've worked it out... In order to have the figures correspond to the drawing scale, they must be place in the section/elecation i.e to have it in section you much place it in the section panel and not in the layout panel...

You should not be adding drawing information in the layout book like this. The layout book is the assembly of the drawings on sheets.
