topic 3D Hotspot in Elevation in Libraries & objects

<R>Hi!
I have a small object that I need to show on internal elevations. I have 3d hotspots for location on the plan and in the 3D window, but when I create the elevation, only the 'bounding' hotspots are visible. Is it possible to show the 3D hotspots in the elevation? I need to dimension to the centre of the object.
Cheers
Don't worry, everyone stop working on this!!!

I think I've sorted out the issue...turn on brain!

The 3D hotspots do not show in elevation as I recall, but you can detect all the edges, corners and intersections.

3D hotspots do show in elevation - I use them all the time.
If you want the dimension to be associated to the hotspot so the dimension updates if the hotspot moves then you must ad a UNID number to the hotspot script.

Stretchy hotspots are great for this as they must have a UNID and it allows you to manipulate your object in elevation.
You just have to watch the plane the the hotspot stretches in and the angle from which your elevation is vieing the object.
Thanks guy's,
Lots of good information to work on.
I'll have to find more testing time to get this to work properly..
