Opening direction of windows can not be changed

I dont know if I am missing something or, how I didnt run into this earlier, but, how can I change opening direction of windows. Most of them have their direction fixed, and I can not figure out how to unlock this. I need triple sash window with left and right fixed, center sash bottom hung.

Change it in the Model View Options (AC13).

No, these directions aren't and cannot be changeable via MVO. In libraries before v14, the opening direction of these sashes cannot be changed. From AC14 on, you'll have this option in the basic windows.
