Hi,

The quality of Archibase models varies. Some import with full material definitions, some don't. It is possible to manually add your own material definitions to the code, but it is tedious. There is a link on this thread where I described how to do this -

<S></S><LINK_TEXT text="http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/vie ... p?p=146615">http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/viewtopic.php?p=146615</LINK_TEXT><E></E>

It is also worth doing a search on this forum for the word 'archibase' as others have had this issue before.

Good luck!

<T>Hi

I've downloaded several objects from archibaseplanet, and used them in a project in archicad. Almost all of them work perfectly fine, but all the "people"-objects I've downloaded are completely metallic gray when I see them in 3D view.

Is there anyway I can fix this in archicad, or is there something wrong with the objects I've downloaded?

A few other objects (not "people") have the same problem, except that some parts of them have the actual colour, while other parts are just metallic gray.</T>
