ksymons19, are you sure you're loaded the object via the library manager? I've faced no problem using this object in AC-13.

<T>I have to admit one thing - I am not exactly a real expert when it comes to importing/exporting label tools or such action. My issue is this: I have been working with the Shape JM9 Label in AC12 due to their multiple shape options and after migrating the project to AC13, it is all missing. I could choose another label to replace it but it will be a very time-consuming process updating the positions of each label.

So, could someone educate me, if possible, on a process on how I can import the Shape JM9 Label into my AC13 version?

Many thanks!</T>

Took a day or two to realize that it was compatible with AC13 as well after I downloaded the Shape JM9 Label from the Object Directory and placed it in AC13. I guess what threw me off is that it was within a file migrated into AC13 from AC12 without unloading or detaching any libraries and showed up as missing in AC13.

Perhaps that one file had the label dragged and dropped in that one as opposed to being within a library. Anyway, I now have it as part of my main shared library and it appears in AC13 now.
A little on my part
