I can't find 'Rafter Object' in any libraries for Roofmaker

Hi, I'm using archiCAD interactive training.
When I clicked 'create rafter', there's a pop-up says, 'Rafter object not find in any libraries'.

I checked with New drawing, uploaded all the libraries I have- latest version of 12 & 13, but still can't create rafter.

But from my school, I had another template with same libraries,
only with that file I can create rafter.

Can you tell me what the problem is and how to solve?

Harang:

For the US version, the RoofMaker Library 12 is inside the Object Library 12 .lcf, you should check that this library is loaded.

eventually, it worked again. spent 2 hours to check all the libraries and use 12 or 13. It loaded in 12 again when I tried several times.
