<T>I have created a 15 tier Card newsagency Library part. Using AC's interactive Schedule i want to grab a parameter from that library part to calculate a total number of Cards through the whole job when i use the unit over and over. i need to create a Parameter within the object that is related to the 'B' value (Length) (for when it stretches) cards are 144mm wide, and the units are 15 tiers.. so the equation is X = (B*15)/144... but how do i make that a parameter, that changes on it's own, that AC's interactive schedule can read.

it's probably a hard one.. but i will endevour to work through

Regards
If I understand your question correctly:
In GDL, the PARAMETERS command used in the Parameter Script lets you set parameters to specific values or set them to values calculated by formulas.
Then, in the Fields panel of the Scheme Settings Dialog of the Interactive Schedule you can click the Additional Parameters button and specify this parameter to be listed in the Schedule.
The only problem is the update of the parameter.
The way it used to work is that if a parameter changed you had to select the library part and open its Dialog so the Parameter Script would be again executed and values recalculated. I don't know if this has changed since.
