In the US ArchiCAD Library 10, there are two curved ramps (Curved Ramp 10 and Curved Ramp 02 10). Changing the height of the object changes the slope. If this does not help, you may want to post some screen shots of the part you are using to clarify the issue.

<T>Hi Users,

We are using the curved ramp tool 01 10 in a car park lay out - can any one tell me how to alter the gradient on it as it only changes the width in plan ?

Any tips or advise on this part would be helpful.

Thanks all

Myles</T>

You can also use the Roof Tool to make a curved ramp by making the roof look curved in 2D view. (The Roof Tool can also be used for making a sloped yard).

And, for irregular ramps, or flared ramps, the MESH tool is the finest, since, for any given arc, it will make an even rise.

The attached image shows a mesh ramp, the mesh ramp duplicated and dropped 3', and the top ramp SEO'd by the lower ramp to make a uniform thickness.
