Object fill? Do you mean your cut fill? When you change one fill the other changes?

Is it possible to match an object fill to whatever my surface fill is?

Thanks</T>

I want to achieve the same thing as 'Use Fill from Surface' in the cover fills for a slab but for an object instead. Is this possible?

So I've got something to work...kind of.

project2 3, 270, 3+16

This gives me the projection of the vectorial hatch which is what I want. However it also bring through the surface colour... ideally I'd want the hatch but with the option to change the fill to whatever I'd like.

Any help would be excellent! and if I can achieve the same thing with a poly2... command, that would be even better!

Many thanks!

If you are almost happy with PROJECT2, then have a look at the other variations of it.

PROJECT2{2}, PROJECT2{3} & PROJECT2{4}

You can use SET FILL before these to set the fill you want.

The 4th one seems to have the most control but also looks the most complicated to work out.
I have never really explored these very much.
