    <description>This has been discussed... Sorry I don't have time to search out the section... But the GUID gets duplicated and then forever more you are screwed.&lt;BR /&gt;

It is, in fact, worse than just seeing the DUPLICATES show in the library loading dialog.  Sometimes, AC will REPLACE one of the duplicates with the other when you open a file!...&lt;BR /&gt;

I had this happen a lot when building custom windows.  Kept replacing my cool custom windows with an EMPTY opening that I also created.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <title>Multiple versions.. say what?</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;I have had this happen twice last week.. and I don't get it.  I make a stair, save it.  Save it again without rails, and give it a different name.  I am told I have duplicates, but they have different names, and numbers????&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Any ideas how to fix this for peaceful coexistence?&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>I've had that happen, too.  It doesn't seem to want to save a stair that has already been saved-even if changes have been made to it.  Sorry, no ideas here-just frustrations.</description>
