Custom Door & Window labels

Our office has used seperate objects as door and window labels for as long as i can remember. Now i'd really like to use the automatic labelling tool to save us a LOT of time.

Only problem is I need the automatic labels to look like our old ones (attached image).

I can figure out how to get the labels showing automatically and same on plan and elevation however can only get them to show as the square and circle - but without the line and text in both halves.

Any ideas?

The library object files we use as the door and window markers? The ones we want the automatic labels to look like?

Yes that will be fine. If you made a start on the new markers already could you send those too?
