Yes it is.
In the Downloads > Special Library Parts.

Autralian essential V12/R3 for Mac and Windows.
Also V11 is available there.
Previous versions I thing were on the installation CD but I won't swear to that.

just, i have tafe assignment due and still can't do any work at home... really starting to piss me off!

Afraid not.
Work PC's have all the fun stuff disabled.
Can't even watch a you-tube video.

Try calling GS Australia.
They may be able to help you out or give you a reason why they won't give you the library.

Not being a student I couldn't say for sure.
I can't see why it isn't as it used to be on the original installation CD some versions if I remember correctly.
But that is why Dyllbot will need to contact GS Australia.
