<T>Hey, what happened to the outside window casing, left and right side, on fixed and casement windows. Not showing up in the dialogue boxes. Some have left side choice only, however. Bug here, or what? I have most current library in V 12.</T>

Hi Tom,

Everything seems ok here (INT Library). Have you checked the ganging options? (under the "General Settings" tab) Maybe you have accidentally enabled left or right ganging.

Hope that helps,
Or perhaps you mean this? The default window settings are a bit messed up as of the last library update but fixable either by opening up the .LCF and fixing it or just changing the parameters. GS is having a few quality control issues with the library...

In the typical fixed window, not ganged, one of the parameters for the width of the exterior casing on the window side is missing. I guess it is assumed the left and right will be the same, only the top and bottom ext. casings can vary?
