True Round Top Wood Door

I'm looking for a true round top parametric wood door like on the left of attached image.
So far all I could find was AC's "fake" round top top which you see on the right.
Anyone seen one these, it's from my house built in the mid 40's.
I know I can have one built like it, but can't find object to portray it.

I'm also looking for a realistic and parametric ships porthole.
