Before saving my views ,to paste them into layouts, I forgot to match the scale so saved the 1:250 instead of 1:100 and all notes are scale independent.Re-saved them , now it all looks fine. They have a note included referring to the type of furniture etc..When I bring my module into the master plan , these notes change to a bigger font size. I have used them before but never experienced problems (never used modules before) , so I guess it's a setting related to the master PLN.
