Does anyone have a complete ADA curb ramp detail?

I need a complete ADA curb ramp detail that has surface texture, slope and the whole ball of wax. Is there somewhere I should look for this? I have been through our local libraries and I am coming up short.

See if the KerbRamp DL at Objects Online suits. I made that a couple of years ago and works in a lot of different configurations.

The image doesn't really do it justice.
