    <description>Actually this has been discussed more than once.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
The solution is to keep one copy of a fresh install (&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt; AC library !!!) in a separate folder.&lt;BR /&gt;
Once your door / window custom panels disappear, replace the custom component object folder from your backup install into the active library.&lt;BR /&gt;
See picture below.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
The different save options will reappear after reload.&lt;BR /&gt;
All custom panels used in your 3D model also....&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
I have it happen with AC10 and AC11. Have not tried AC12 so far for daily work.</description>

      <title>Custom Door panel problem</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;I have tried a search, but couldn't find any relating to the problem i have… so here goes:&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
When I go to the "Save custom component" function, the drop down menu that should give me the options for door/window panel etc looks like like the picture below.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
And then the doors won't recognise it as a panel that can be used.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Can anyone tell me what's wrong?&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
My Archicad is up to date and I have all the addons installed etc.&lt;BR /&gt;
